Shopping Guide

Go to Levi’s® HK SAR Official Online Store and follow the steps to enjoy a seamless shopping experience! You can browse by product category or use the search function to look for your favorite products. You can then place the selected product(s) into your shopping bag and continue shopping.

Once you are done, click on the shopping bag icon at the top right corner of the page to enter the checkout page. At the checkout page you will get to fill in your delivery information and settle your payment. The order amount of each transaction (including delivery charge and after discount) is limited to HK$10,000.00.

If you would like to become a member of Levi’s®, you may register at any Levi’s® Store (excluding Outlet stores) or through the Levi’s® Hong Kong SAR Official Online Store.

Upon successful registration, you will become a Levi’s® Red Tab™ Member and can start earning points and accessing membership benefits during your purchases at Levi’s® Stores and the Levi’s® Hong Kong SAR Official Online Store.

Members may enjoy the following benefits:

  • Earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent.

  • Redeem accumulated points for designated rewards or eVouchers to be used at Levi’s® Stores (excluding Outlet stores) and the Official Online Store.

  • Receive exclusive member offers and invitations to members-only events.

Membership Tier

  • Red Tab™ Blue Member: Entry level upon registration.

  • Red Tab™ Silver Member: Upon accumulated spending of HK$3,000 or more within 12 months.

  • Red Tab™ Gold Member: Upon accumulated spending of HK$7,000 or more within 12 months.

Membership tiers are valid for 12 months from the date of upgrade. Members must maintain the eligible spending requirement to retain their tier level.

Can I become a member and earn reward points when shopping online?

Simply sign up at Levi’s® HK SAR Official Online Store and become Levi’s® LOOP™ MEMBER to enjoy exclusive privileges. Please refer to Levi’s® LOOP™ membership page for details.

To track your order, visit the “Track Order” page and check the status at the top right corner of the homepage.

How do I redeem a promo code?

Once you have selected the product(s) for your order, click on the shopping bag icon and start the checkout process. You will see a field that says “Promo Code”. Enter the code exactly as it appears (codes are case-sensitive and may include special characters), then click “Apply”.

Can I cancel my order or change the shipping address for confirmed orders?

After your order is billed, it cannot be canceled, and the shipping address cannot be changed.

Modify my order?

If you want to modify any information about a "Pending” order, you can cancel such order and place a new order with the correct information.

Orders in the status of "Authorized", " Dispatched " or "Delivered” cannot be canceled.

When will my order be processed?

Most of the time, we begin processing your order as soon as your online purchase is completed. All in-stock products in your order will be shipped once your payment is approved. Shortly after your order is shipped, you will be notified by email.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. After your order leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered to the provided shipping address. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Why did my order get canceled?

Occasionally, all or part of an order will be canceled. Order canceling usually occurs because of one of the following reasons:

  • Out of stock product(s)
  • Problems with processing payment information
  • Problems with a shipping address
  • Duplicate orders

 

If your order is canceled, you will receive an email explaining the details. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

If I purchase a pair of pants from Levi’s® HK SAR Official Online Store, can I have them altered at a Levi’s® Store?

Please bring the pants that require length alteration to selected Levi’s® Store, along with a valid shopping receipt or packing list within 3 months. Service charge: HK$20 for normal hem; HK$50 for original hem.
